Revenue Rocket A.I Automations operates and powers the BusinessPilot platform. By accessing or using the BusinessPilot website, platform, or any related services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

SMS Terms

By submitting any form on our website, you consent to receive notification and promotional SMS messages from Revenue Rocket A.I Automations regarding BusinessPilot. These messages may include reminders, confirmations, service updates, onboarding support, and important notices.

Message Frequency
You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on your activity.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

How to Unsubscribe
Text STOP to the number sending you messages. You will receive a final confirmation message and then no further SMS communications. To rejoin, simply sign up again through any BusinessPilot form.

Data Privacy
Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties. It will only be used for message delivery and service related communication. Our Privacy Policy provides full details.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the BusinessPilot website, platform, or services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Revenue Rocket A.I Automations, covering your use of BusinessPilot and any supporting services. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

BusinessPilot is an A.I powered business infrastructure platform operated by Revenue Rocket A.I Automations. Services may include:

Platform access and A.I driven tools.
Lead capture, qualification, and automation systems.
Website, funnel, and landing page tools.
Voice agents, SMS automations, and customer communication systems.
Analytics, reporting, and performance tools.

We may update or modify services at any time. Details specific to your plan or package are outlined in your service agreement or signup documentation.

3. Eligibility

To use BusinessPilot, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Be legally capable of entering a binding contract.
Provide accurate and current information.
Have authority to bind the business if signing up on behalf of a company.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in suspension or termination.

4. Payment Terms

Payment must be made according to the terms presented at signup or in your service agreement.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
Payments are non refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Any additional costs will be communicated before being applied.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, software, designs, systems, and content provided within BusinessPilot remain the intellectual property of Revenue Rocket A.I Automations unless expressly transferred in writing.

You receive a limited, non exclusive license to use these materials only for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without permission.

Violation may result in termination or legal action.

Billing, Fees, Deliverables, and Tier Inclusions

By purchasing a BusinessPilot subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the following billing terms, fees, deliverables, and service limitations, which apply to all subscription tiers unless otherwise stated.

1. Fees Due at Signup and Before Go Live

The applicable one time setup fee is due immediately at the time of purchase.

The first monthly subscription payment is due before the system is activated and goes live.

System activation and go live will not occur until the setup fee and the first monthly subscription payment have been received.

2. Monthly Billing Cycle and Invoice Terms

Monthly billing begins on the official go live date.

Invoices are issued every 30 days from the go live date.

Each invoice is due within 7 days of issuance.

3. Usage Based Charges and Overage Billing

Your subscription includes a monthly allowance of AI voice minutes and other platform usage credits or buffers as described in your selected tier. Additional usage beyond included amounts is billed as follows and is added to the next invoice:

Economy Tier usage rates:

AI voice minutes overage: $0.25 CAD per minute

Manual call minutes: $0.05 CAD per minute

SMS: $0.0293 CAD per SMS segment (160 characters per segment)

Email: $0.0025 CAD per email

First Class Tier usage rates:

AI voice minutes overage: $0.30 CAD per minute

Manual call minutes: $0.05 CAD per minute

SMS: $0.0235 CAD per SMS segment (160 characters per segment)

Email: $0.0019 CAD per email

Auto Pilot Tier usage rates:

AI voice minutes overage: $0.35 CAD per minute

Manual call minutes: $0.05 CAD per minute

SMS: $0.0176 CAD per SMS segment (160 characters per segment)

Email: $0.0014 CAD per email

SMS billing note:

SMS is billed per segment. Messages longer than 160 characters may be billed as multiple segments.

4. AI Voice Minute Reset Policy

Included AI voice minutes reset at the start of each new billing month.

Included minutes do not roll over.

Unused minutes expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Overage minutes are billed on the next monthly invoice.

5. Active Subscription Required

AI-Powered Smart Websites (Smart Sites) require an active BusinessPilot subscription to function. This is because the Smart Site connects to the BusinessPilot ecosystem, including AI agents, lead handling, booking, and follow-up workflows.

Smart Site Is Not Included by Default

A Smart Site is not included with BusinessPilot by default and is offered as a paid add-on. BusinessPilot runs the operational system, and the Smart Site serves as an additional digital front door where the AI works.

Smart Site Setup Fee

After choosing a BusinessPilot plan, customers may add an AI-Powered Smart Website at checkout. A one-time $997 CAD setup fee applies for an AI-Powered Smart Website with up to 5 pages.

Existing Website Integration

BusinessPilot can upgrade an existing website into a Smart Site by integrating AI directly onto the customer’s website. The customer’s site can remain visually the same while gaining Smart Site functionality.

Eligibility for Embedding on an Existing Website

If the customer already has a website, embedding the AI agent directly into the existing site is available for customers on First Class or Auto Pilot plans.

Smart Website Build Option

If the customer does not have a website, or wants a fully optimized setup, BusinessPilot may build a complete Smart Website for a one-time $1,000 setup fee.

Build, Training, and Maintenance

Customers do not manage the Smart Site. BusinessPilot builds it, trains it, and maintains it as part of the system.

6. Onboarding Form Requirement and Setup Timelines

The system build cannot begin until the required onboarding form has been completed and submitted by the customer.

Setup timelines are estimates and begin only after onboarding information is received:

Economy: approximately 1 to 2 weeks

First Class: approximately 2 to 3 weeks

Auto Pilot: approximately 2 to 4 weeks

7. Priority Onboarding Optional Add On

Priority Onboarding is optional and, if purchased, accelerates the onboarding timeline by approximately 50% by moving the project to the front of the onboarding queue.

Priority Onboarding pricing:

Economy: $250 CAD one time fee

First Class: $497 CAD one time fee

Auto Pilot: $997 CAD one time fee

Priority Onboarding does not replace the setup fee. It is charged in addition to the setup fee.

8. Tier Pricing and Included Allowances

Economy Tier:

Subscription: $497 CAD per month

Setup fee: $497 CAD one time

Included AI voice minutes: 900 minutes per month

Support: ticket support only, 48 hour response time

Workflow changes: no workflow build requests; no workflow or automation changes; fixes for system errors only

Copy rebuild: quarterly copy rebuild included

First Class Tier:

Subscription: $997 CAD per month

Setup fee: $997 CAD one time

Included AI voice minutes: 2700 minutes per month

Support: priority ticket support, Slack live chat during business hours, one 15 minute support or strategy call per month, 24 hour ticket response time

Workflow changes: 1 workflow build request per month; up to 4 workflow or automation changes per month

Copy rebuild: quarterly copy rebuild included

Auto Pilot Tier:

Subscription: $1997 CAD per month

Setup fee: $1997 CAD one time

Included AI voice minutes: 4500 minutes per month

Support: priority ticketing, dedicated Slack channel with always on notifications, one 30 minute support call per month, one 30 minute strategy call per month

Workflow changes: 2 workflow build requests per month; up to 10 workflow or automation changes per month

Copy rebuild: quarterly full refresh included

9. Platform Access Across Tiers

All tiers include access to the BusinessPilot dashboard and mobile app and core platform modules, including CRM, pipeline, calendar, invoicing and payments, messaging tools, file storage, funnels, and onboarding resources. Tier differences primarily relate to included AI voice minute allowances, overage rates, support level, workflow change limits, and setup timeline.

10. Acceptance

By checking the box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these billing terms, usage charges, deliverables, and tier limitations, including that:

Setup fees are due immediately,

The first monthly payment is required before go live,

Monthly billing begins on the go live date,

Usage based charges may apply and will be billed on your invoice,

Smart Websites are not included by default and are priced separately.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
Provide accurate information during setup and throughout your use of BusinessPilot.
Use the platform for lawful purposes.
Avoid actions that may disrupt or misuse the platform, harm other users, or damage our systems.

Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide BusinessPilot as a service but do not guarantee specific financial outcomes such as increased revenue or lead volume. You use the platform at your own risk.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.
Total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the portion of service directly related to a claim.

8. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate access to BusinessPilot for:
Breach of Terms. Non payment.
Actions that interfere with platform operation.
Any situation where continued access is not feasible or appropriate.

You may terminate service by providing written notice according to your agreement terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of BusinessPilot is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the Privacy Policy.

10. Third Party Tools and Links

BusinessPilot may integrate or link to third party tools or websites. We are not responsible for their practices or terms. Use of these tools is at your own discretion and subject to their own policies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and applicable Canadian laws. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nova Scotia.

12. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through informal negotiation first. If unsuccessful, the dispute may proceed to arbitration or court in Nova Scotia.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of BusinessPilot indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
